Orders can be placed on line or by post. Full payment is required when placing an order. Please make cheques payable to 'Bioclere'. We accept most major credit cards.

PRICING
Bioclere reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.

DELIVERY
We will always try our best to deliver your order within 7 days of receiving payment, subject to availability, however please allow up to 28 days. If your order is urgent, just let us know by calling 01252 792 688 or e-mail info@biolan.co.uk and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Full payment is required when placing an order. Items are sent by special courier which requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control.

POSTAGE & PACKING
All current shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK delivery only.
For all other UK & EU destinations or international orders please e-mail Biolan for a quote before placing the order.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Biolan, however in the event of goods arriving damaged, broken or incomplete, notification must be made verbally within three days and confirmed in writing within 7 days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase.
